About Us
We’re a close-knit team with over 10 years of experience in event catering, passionate about great food, great hospitality and bringing every event to life.
From serving 1,100 guests at Oxford University’s Trinity College Summer Ball to catering on a boat on the River Thames for Sofar Sounds, we’re comfortable taking on events of all shapes and sizes.
Whatever the occasion, we bring experience, enthusiasm and a personal touch to make your event one to remember.
Our Set-up
We pride ourselves on having a compact set-up that allows us to pitch up virtually anywhere!
Our certified gas appliances are easily transported and perfect for bringing your event to life, no matter the location. Whether it’s a field in the middle of nowhere, your back garden, or outside your office, Bowman Events can get there and bring the kitchen to you.
We also offer the ability to set-up within your kitchen using our PAT tested appliances.
We offer two tiers for our set-up.
Wooden Rustic
If you’re looking for a rustic look for your event, we suggest our custom-made front face. Crafted from the finest oak wood and adorned with highlights of steel, this front face is perfect for impressing your guests on your special day!
Bowman Banners
Our Bowman Banners have been a firm favourite for their flexibility and smart appearance.
This setup has no additional cost to your quote, making it perfect if you’re looking to keep costs down!
Where We Work
Based in South West London, we’re ideally located with easy access to the M1, M3, M4 and M25, allowing us to cater across South and much of the Midlands.
Need us further afield? We’re happy to travel — a mileage charge applies to locations more than 30 miles from our base.
